Privacy Policy – Ebabil: Quran & Islamic Guide

This Privacy Policy describes how Ebabil - Kuran ve Dini Öğretici (“the Application”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our Service.

By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

Application refers to Ebabil - Kuran ve Dini Öğretici, the software program provided by the Company.

Company refers to the developer of Ebabil - Kuran ve Dini Öğretici, based in Turkey.

Device means any device that can access the Service such as a smartphone or tablet.

Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

You means the individual accessing or using the Application.

2.1 Personal Information

Name: You may optionally provide your first name to personalize your experience within the app.

2.2 Location Data

Device Location (GPS): With your explicit permission, the Application collects your device’s location in order to:
- Calculate accurate prayer times (Namaz Vakitleri) based on your geographic position.
- Determine the Qibla direction (Kıble) pointing toward Mecca.
Location is used only while the app is in use and is never sent to external servers. It is processed locally on your device.

2.3 Notification Permission

The Application may request permission to send push notifications to remind you of prayer times and other religious observances.
You can enable or disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

2.4 Usage Data

Basic technical data (e.g., device type, operating system version) may be collected automatically to improve app stability and performance.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data solely for the following purposes:

To calculate prayer times based on your location
To determine Qibla direction based on your location
To send prayer time reminders via push notifications (with your permission)
To personalize your in-app experience using your name
To manage your subscription and verify access to premium features
To improve app performance and fix bugs

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or marketing.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Your data stays on your device. It is not sent to our servers.

Location data is processed in real-time on-device and is not stored or transmitted.
Your name, if provided, is stored locally on your device.
Notification preferences are stored locally on your device.
We do not maintain any external database of user personal information.

Subscription-related information (e.g., active/inactive status) is managed by RevenueCat and the Apple App Store. We do not store payment or financial data ourselves.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates with the following third-party services:

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Our Application offers premium features via auto-renewable subscription plans.

Payments are processed entirely by the Apple App Store. We never collect or store your credit card or payment details.
Apple may share limited subscription metadata (status, product identifier, transaction receipt) with us for the purpose of verifying your access to premium features.
We use RevenueCat to manage and validate subscription status across devices.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store account settings.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our Application does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data to us, please contact us immediately at ebabilguideapp@gmail.com and we will take steps to remove such information.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate information
Delete your personal data
Withdraw consent for location or notification access at any time via device settings

9. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage or data transmission is 100% secure. Since your personal data is stored locally on your device, we recommend keeping your device secure with a passcode or biometric lock.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this document and notify you via the Application or email.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Ebabil - Kuran ve Dini Öğretici (“Uygulama”, “Biz” veya “Bize”) olarak Hizmetimizi kullandığınızda kişisel verilerinizi nasıl topladığımızı, kullandığımızı ve koruduğumuzu açıklamaktadır.

Uygulamayı kullanarak bu Gizlilik Politikası’nda belirtilen şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

1. Tanımlar

Uygulama, şirkete ait Ebabil - Kuran ve Dini Öğretici yazılım programını ifade eder.

Şirket, Türkiye merkezli Ebabil - Kuran ve Dini Öğretici uygulamasının geliştiricisini ifade eder.

Cihaz, akıllı telefon veya tablet gibi Hizmete erişim sağlayan herhangi bir cihaz anlamına gelir.

Kişisel Veri, kimliği belirli veya belirlenebilir bir kişiye ilişkin her türlü bilgiyi ifade eder.

Siz, Uygulamayı kullanan bireysel kullanıcıyı ifade eder.

2. Topladığımız Veriler

2.1 Kişisel Bilgi

İsim: Uygulama içindeki deneyiminizi kişiselleştirmek amacıyla isteğe bağlı olarak adınızı girebilirsiniz.

2.2 Konum Verileri

Cihaz Konumu (GPS): Açık izniz ile Uygulama, cihazınızın konumunu aşağıdaki amaçlarla toplar:
- Coğrafi konumunuza göre doğru namaz vakitlerini hesaplamak.
- Mekke’yi gösteren kıble yönünü belirlemek.
Konum verisi yalnızca uygulama aktifken kullanılır ve hiçbir zaman harici sunuculara gönderilmez. Tüm işlemler cihazınızda yerel olarak gerçekleştirilir.

2.3 Bildirim İzni

Uygulama, namaz vakitlerini ve diğer dini zamanları hatırlatmak amacıyla anlık bildirim (push notification) göndermek için izin talep edebilir.
Bildirimleri dilediğiniz zaman cihazınızın ayarlarından etkinleştirebilir veya devre dışı bırakabilirsiniz.

2.4 Kullanım Verileri

Uygulama kararlılığını ve performansını geliştirmek amacıyla cihaz türü ve işletim sistemi sürümü gibi temel teknik veriler otomatik olarak toplanabilir.

3. Verilerinizi Nasıl Kullanıyoruz

Toplanan veriler yalnızca aşağıdaki amaçlarla kullanılır:

Konumunuza göre namaz vakitlerini hesaplamak
Konumunuza göre kıble yönünü belirlemek
İzninizle push bildirim aracılığıyla namaz vakti hatırlatmaları göndermek
Adınızı kullanarak uygulama deneyimini kişiselleştirmek
Aboneliğinizi yönetmek ve premium özelliklere erişimi doğrulamak
Uygulama performansını iyileştirmek ve hataları düzeltmek

Verileriniz reklam, profil oluşturma veya pazarlama amacıyla kesinlikle kullanılmaz.

4. Veri Depolama ve Saklama

Verileriniz cihazınızda kalır. Sunucularımıza gönderilmez.

Konum verileri cihaz üzerinde anlık olarak işlenir; depolanmaz veya iletilmez.
Girdiğiniz isim bilgisi yalnızca cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır.
Bildirim tercihleri yalnızca cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır.
Kullanıcı kişisel bilgisi içeren harici bir veri tabanı tutmuyoruz.

Abonelikle ilgili bilgiler (aktif/pasif durum vb.) RevenueCat ve Apple App Store tarafından yönetilir. Ödeme veya finansal veri bizim tarafımızdan saklanmaz.

6. Abonelikler ve Ödemeler

Uygulamamız, otomatik yenilenen abonelik planları aracılığıyla premium özellikler sunmaktadır.

Ödemeler tamamen Apple App Store tarafından işlenir. Kredi kartı veya ödeme bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman toplamıyor veya saklamıyoruz.
Apple, premium özelliklere erişiminizi doğrulamak amacıyla abonelik durumu, ürün kimliği ve işlem makbuzu gibi sınırlı meta verileri bizimle paylaşabilir.
Abonelik durumunu cihazlar arasında yönetmek ve doğrulamak için RevenueCat kullanıyoruz.
Aboneliğiniz, mevcut fatura döneminin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir.
Aboneliğinizi dilediğiniz zaman App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.

7. Çocukların Gizliliği

Uygulamamız, 16 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz. Ebeveyn veya vasi olarak çocuğunuzun bize kişisel veri sağladığını düşünüyorsanız, lütfen hemen ebabilguideapp@gmail.com adresinden bize ulaşın. Bu tür bilgileri kaldırmak için gerekli adımları atacağız.

8. Haklarınız

Aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:

Kişisel verilerinizi silme hakkı

9. Güvenlik

Verilerinizi korumak için makul teknik önlemler alıyoruz. Bununla birlikte, hiçbir elektronik depolama veya veri iletim yöntemi %100 güvenli değildir. Kişisel verileriniz cihazınızda yerel olarak depolandığından, cihazınızı şifre veya biyometrik kilit ile güvence altında tutmanızı öneririz.

10. Gizlilik Politikası Değişiklikleri

Bu Gizlilik Politikasını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklik yaptığımızda, bu belgenin üst kısmındaki “Son güncelleme” tarihini güncelleyecek ve Uygulama veya e-posta aracılığıyla sizi bilgilendireceğiz.
